Chairman Attends Inauguration of New Patrol Vessels for Djibouti Coast Guard

Thursday morning, the Chairman attended the inauguration ceremony of two patrol vessels for the Djibouti Coast Guard. 
The event, held at Djibouti's historic Old Port, took place under the high patronage of the President of the Republic H.E.M Ismail Omar Guelleh.
