Djibouti Ports and Free Zones Authority Opens a new office to serve Ethiopia and Great Lakes Region
Djibouti Ports and Free Zones Authority (DPFZA) has officially opened a new headquarter based in Addis Ababa, serving Ethiopia and the Great Lakes countries.
This office brings together, under one roof, all the entities that form the Great Horn Investment Holding (GHIH), including: – Doraleh Container Terminal (SGTD) – Doraleh Multipurpose Port (DMP) - Port Autonome de Tadjourah – Djibouti Damerjog Industrial Development Free Trade Zone (DDID FTZ) – Société de gestion de la jetée du terminal pétrolier de Doraleh (SJTP) – Djibouti Ports Corridor Road (DPCR) – Djibouti International Free Trade Zone (DIFTZ) – Djibouti Port Community System (DPCS) – Jaban’as Free Zones – Red Sea Bunkering.
Also included are the Regroupement des Transitaires Autonomes (RTA) and the Agence des Transitaires de Djibouti (ATD).
During this mission, our delegation had the unexpected privilege of meeting His Excellency Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Djibouti and current Chairman of the African Union.
