    Ethiopian delegation, lead by Project Director of Oromia Water Works Design and Monitoring Company, Demelash M. Makonnen, has visited DPFZA.
  • Message of condolences
    Djibouti Ports and Free Zones Authority presents its deepest sympathies and condolences to the Chairman of the Sovereign General Reserve Fund of Oman, the CEO of ASYAD Holding Group and the great people of the Sultanate of Oman on the demise of His Majesty Sultan Qabus Bin Said al Said, Sultan of Oman. The Sultan was known across the region for his wisdom and will particularly be remembered for his skilful leadership and his devotion to the establishment of a prosperous, stable and developed nation. In this sad and difficult time, our prayers and thoughts are with the people of Oman, imploring Allah, the Almighty, to bless the deceased with mercy and rest his soul in paradise, AMIN!
  • INROS LACKNER
    DPFZA was visited by the Director General of INROS LACKNER, Dr Klaus Richter and Walter Englert Managing partner. The hosts had the opportunity to visit our various port infrastructures such as, the new international free zone (DIFTZ), DMP and SGTD.
  • 1.4 Million Tons of fertilizer for the Ethiopian government

    An important meeting was held this today in Addis Ababa, between the Chairman of Djibouti Ports and Free Zones Authority, Mr. Aboubaker Omar Hadi and the Ethiopian Minister of transport.

  • Floating refinery signing contract ceremony
    The Chairman of DPFZA oversaw the signing of agreements regarding the development and financing of a floating refinery in Damerjog Industrial Free Zone (DDID). A foreign direct investment that will allow Djibouti to lead the transition to lower-sulphur marine fuels.
