Visit from Sudanese Delegation

An important Sudanese ministerial delegation, led by the Prime Minister, H.E Mr. Abdalla Hamdok visited the SGTD and the DMP.

First arriving at the SGTD, the delegation was welcomed by the Chairman of DPFZA, Mr. Aboubaker Omar Hadi and the managers of this port. Accompanied by Mr. Hadi, the hosts then went to the DMP.

As for the SGTD or DMP, Mr. Hadi and the managers of these 2 sites gave explanations to the Sudanese PM and his delegation. Note the presence of the Ambassador of Sudan in Djibouti, Mr. Hassan Eisa El-Talib and that of Djibouti in Khartoum, Mr. Ahmed Ali Barreh.

On the Djibouti side, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, HE Mr. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, of the Minister of Trade, H.E Mr. Hassan Houmad Ibrahim were also present during this visit. Recall that the Prime Minister of the Republic of Sudan, HE Mr. Abdalla Hamdok had come to Djibouti for an official visit of 48 hours.
