The Chairman of DPFZA and the Ambassador of India explore Investment Opportunities

The Chairman received at Red Sea World the Ambassador of India, H.E.Malsawmthang Keivom.

The Discussions focused on bringing more indian investments in Djibouti. Currently, there are 43 companies that are operating within Djibouti International Free Trade Zone on trade and logistics.

They discussed the manufacturing and industrial assembly of tricycles, the production of pharmaceutical products and other high value goods in Djibouti. The products will be exported directly from Djibouti to the COMESA market, the Great Lakes region, and Landlocked countries.

The Ambassador also offered initiatives to strengthen the national workforce through training, enabling Djiboutians to manage and oversee operations.
