Chairman Meets with ElSewedy Electric Delegation to Discuss Upcoming Projects
The Chairman met with a delegation from ElSewedy Electric, led by Eng. Mohamed Fathy Moussa, Assistant to the Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Maritime Transport.
The meeting centered on preparations for the visit of H.E. Kamel El-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport, expected to take place in the coming weeks.
Discussions also covered the key points of the agreement to be signed during this official visit, which will focus on strategic projects including:
-The development of a 20MW solar park to transform SGTD Port into a fully Green Port.
- The establishment of a 10-hectares logistics zone designed to promote Egyptian exports under CIF Djibouti terms to regional markets.
- The construction of a new container terminal with a length of 1,450-meter quay, a depth of -18 meters chart datum and an annual capacity of 5 Million TEUs, strengthening Djibouti’s position as a major maritime and logistics hub in the region.
