The Chargée d’Affaires of the Republic of Poland to the Republic of Djibouti, Mrs. Ilona Korchut, was received at Djibouti International Exhibition Center, Red Sea World. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss prospects for strengthening economic cooperation between Djibouti and Poland with a particular focus on maritime and trade collaboration.
Djibouti currently operates seven ports, including the Port of Djibouti (Old Port), Doraleh Container Terminal, Djibouti Multipurpose Port, Damerjog Liquid Bulk Port, the Port of Tadjourah, Doraleh Oil Terminal and the Port of Ghoubet.
