The Director General of Djibouti Sovereign Fund at DDID

Chairman Hadi received the Director General of Djibouti Sovereign Fund, Mr Mamadou Mbaye at Djibouti Damerjog Industrial Development (DDID).

Mr Hadi first took the guest for a tour around the site whilst giving the latter explanations and details of the different parts of DDID.

Then, Mr Hadi and Mr Mbaye had a meeting which began with a presentation on current, ongoing and future infrastructure projects.

During this presentation, projects such as the refinery, bunkering, oil jetty, ship repair, transformation of the old port into a Business Centre as well as other road and airport projects were discussed at length.

Discussions continued, few days later, during a lunch which gathered Chairman Hadi, the president and the Director General of the Djibouti Sovereign Fund, Mr Mohamed Sikieh Kayad and Mamadou Mbay as well as the governor of the Central Bank of Djibouti, Mr Ahmed Osman, was organized today.

This lunch took place at the Djibouti International Tower, located at PK23. Advisers to the Minister of Finance and the Economy and the Minister of Budget were also present.
