DPFZA Chairman and the CEO of EDR sign the official minutes of meetings

On Sunday, June 22nd, the Chairman of Djibouti Ports and Free Zones Authority received at Damerjog Industrial Park, the CEO of the Ethio-Djibouti Railway, Eng. Takele Uma Banti.

The Chairman and the CEO reaffirmed their commitment by signing the official minutes of meetings.

These minutes outline complementary projects such as:

•⁠  ⁠The establishment of dry ports at Nagad (Djibouti) and Indode (Ethiopia) by GHIH and EDR, both strategically linked to the existing corridor railway network. These dry ports will be further integrated with a new 17-kilometer railway connecting Nagad to the Damerjog Industrial Park.

•⁠  ⁠The Damerjog Industrial Park is equipped with a shared-use oil jetty. Multiple stockists will develop storage facilities.
