The Horizon Terminal (HDTL) is the sole state-of-the-art petroleum terminal in East Africa.
HDTL offers deep water draft dedicated jetties as well as capacity for large tank, which meet local, regional and Contango (trading) storage requirements and ensure the supply to meet local and regional demand. As regional demand increases, this capacity could easily be doubled to facilitate supply.
