DPFZA Chairman, Mr. Aboubaker Omar Hadi, received at Djibouti International Tower, the Ambassador of the European Union in Djibouti, H.E. Mrs. Sylvie Tabesse.
The DPZFA Chairman, Mr Aboubaker Omar Hadi received yesterday, at DIT, the Ambassador of the Republic of Portugal in Djibouti, H.E. Mrs. Luisa Fragoso. During this meeting, discussions focused on the development of the port sector and the green energy as well as all GHIH's operational and future projects.
H.E. Luisa Fragoso followed a DPFZA presentation, during which she discussed with Mr. Hadi different topics such as the ship repair yards and the advantages of maritime freight as well as the opportunities offered by our free zones to SMEs.
The Chairman of DPFZA was honored to receive on 16th January 2022, in Djibouti International Tower, the President of Jubaland Region of Somalia, H.E. Ahmed Sheikh Mohamed Islam, leading an important delegation. H.E.M. Ahmed Sheikh along with Mr. Hadi, visited Djibouti ports and free zone infrastructures such as SGTD; DMP and DIFTZ.
The 'French Institute for Advanced National Defense Studies' (IHEDN), made its traditional visit to the Republic of Djibouti. The IHEDN brings together one hundred and sixty military and civilian auditors, future decision-makers from very diverse backgrounds who seek to deepen their understanding of defense issues. “National defence, faced with the affirmation of the powers” is the theme of this year of studies and Djibouti is the high point.
The chairman of DPFZA was pleased to receive on january 15th 2022, in Djibouti International Tower, the Ambassador of Rwanda based in Ethiopia, H.E. Mrs. Hope Tumukunde Gasatura. During this meeting, several points were discussed, including the plots of land allocated by the two governments in their respective countries.
