President Guelleh participtes at the 15th BRICS Summit

At the 15th BRICS Summit in Johannesburg, President Guelleh, the current chair of IGAD delivered a speech emphasising stronger BRICS-Africa ties.
President Guelleh highlighted the potential of combining Africa's resources with BRICS technology capabilities and funding for mutual economic benefits. President Guelleh emphasized cooperation to boost trade, investment, and development, aligning with BRICS goals. 
The Summit concluded with resolutions promoting mutual respect, UN reform, arms control, and conflict resolution in Libya, Sudan, and Niger.
