   Documents to provide
 

The company must send a written request to the APZFD . In this request, the Director or the representative of the company must specify that he is the guarantor of this employee, and indicate the position occupied by the employee and mention the country of origin.

List of documents to provide:

2 passport photos ; 
Copy of long-stay visa for 12 months;
Copy of passport ; 
Copy of license ; 
Copy of contract ; 
Complete the residence card form . A copy of this form is available at the APZFD office and can be downloaded from our site ; 
 

   Reno uvellement of stays cards
 

For any renewal of residence permits , the company must send a written request to the APZFD .

The documents to be provided are : 

2 passport photos ; 
Original of the residence card previously issued ; 
Form filled in with the residence card . A copy of this form is available at the APZFD office and can be downloaded from our site.
 

The cost for renewal remains unchanged, except tariff modification.

Deadline for issue : 
 

Allow a recovery period of 7 working days, depending on the time and date of receipt of the request, subject to a complete file. 

Emergency : 48 hours with additional costs 

D uplicate
 

File with the copy of the completed declaration of loss at the Central Police Station, accompanied by a request for a duplicate with, if possible, a copy of the old residence permit.

The cost of issuing a duplicate corresponds to the cost divided by three of the initial card.

The recovery time for these cards is 48 hours from the day and time of filing the request, subject to a complete file.

   Validity of cards
 

Residence cards are valid annually, corresponding to the calendar year[4] . Any request made during the calendar year according to the following calendar framework :
